Who Pays the Transaction Processing Fee?

That's up to you! By default, Servable will deduct the transaction processing fee from the Service Provider's earnings. But, you can choose to charge the user an additional amount to cover the processing fee, so the Service Provider will earn the entire work fare (and also the gratuity, if applicable).

How to assign the transaction processing fee in a service that you've already created

For a service you've already created, this feature is accessed in the admin menu. Click "Settings" and then click the "Payments" tab. Use the dropdown next to "Transaction fee charged to...". If you select "user," then all charges will incur an additional processing fee, resulting in the Service Provider earning 100% of the work fare (and gratuity, if you've enabled it).

How to assign the transaction processing fee when creating a new service

When you're creating a new service, this feature is accessed in the "Payments" stage under "Advanced Features" - simply toggle this feature "on" and all charges will incur an additional processing fee, resulting in the Service Provider earning 100% of the work fare (and gratuity, if you've enabled it).
